Frieman to Play Critical Global Role as Trailer Park Group Doubles Down in Key International Markets and Continues Investing in World’s Best Talent

Trailer Park Group, the global leader in entertainment marketing and content production, spanning N. America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, today announces the appointment of Jen Frieman as its first Global Chief People Officer.

In this newly created role, Frieman is set to play a critical part on Trailer Park Group’s executive team as the company expands in key international markets—overseeing talent and recruitment, learning and development, and HR operations.

Reporting to Trailer Park Group Chief Executive Officer, Rick Eiserman, Frieman joins Trailer Park Group at a time of tremendous global growth and momentum in the business. Over the past year, Trailer Park Group has bolstered its international presence and reinforced its strategic and integrated marketing services capabilities for entertainment clients worldwide through investments in key hires as well as the acquisitions of London-based strategy and creative agency MXW in December 2021, and Mumbai-based integrated creative and production studio White Turtle Studios in June of this year

Most recently, Frieman was Global Chief Talent Officer at highly acclaimed global experiential agency Momentum Worldwide, where she was responsible for recruiting, retaining, and developing talent, as well as coaching and mentoring executives and employees, across 30 offices on five continents. Prior to Momentum Worldwide, Frieman was McCann Worldgroup’s Global Head of Talent Development.

An active member of the 4A’s Chief Talent Officer committee, Frieman is deeply committed to supporting the success of diverse talent in the industry through her work to build the 4As High Schools, and through volunteer and committee work with organizations like Venture for America. Frieman is also an active member of Chief, the leading network for women in leadership, and is dedicated to helping female leaders further their careers in business.

Eiserman said: “Jen is a highly-experienced global leader whose passion for delivering innovative and inclusive employee experiences, and track record in connecting, empowering, and celebrating people make her an exceptional addition to our company as we look to the future.”

“As the definition of the ‘workplace’ continues to evolve dramatically across the board, I’m energized to join Trailer Park Group at a time when the company is pushing to realize the full potential of its global integrated offering—both in terms of the creative product and, just as importantly, the experiences of the people,” said Frieman. “My goal is to create the best possible environment for people to be engaged, authentic, healthy, and inspired by building on Trailer Park Group’s clear commitment to fostering a truly collaborative culture and championing the best talent in the world.”

Based in New York, Frieman is supported by a rapidly growing HR and Talent Acquisition team, which includes dedicated business partners for divisions across the agency. Her vision is bolstered by Trailer Park Group’s robust Learning and Development program for employees, its extensive work around Justice, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (J.E.D.I.), and its industry-leading work model that encourages staff to work “where you do your best work.”
