Trailer Park Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“the Company”) are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal data provided to us. The Company does not, as a matter of course, collect personal data from customers or visitors to our website, including via automated tracking or cookies. Our website allows visitors to contact us via e-mail for a variety of purposes, but we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any data you submit to us. Except for human resources information addressed below, we shall treat any data or information transmitted to us through this site as non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may elect to save such information, share it with third parties, or discard it entirely.

The Company collects personal data of job applicants in connection with its recruitment and hiring activities. We will use reasonable efforts to treat as confidential any e-mails, resumes, applications or inquiries sent to us for purpose of inquiring into potential employment with us. Any e-mail, resume or submission you send to us will be used only for internal purposes.   1. Legal Basis for Processing (for personal data subject to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the UK’s Data Protection Act of 2018)

Right to correct inaccurate personal data

You have the right to request changes and alterations to the personal data collected by the Company that has since become outdated/incorrect/obsolete. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any inaccurate information is amended.

Right to request deletion

You have the right to request that we delete personal data that we collected from you. Note, however, that certain requests to delete personal data may be denied if we are required to retain the information as a matter of law, the information is necessary for detecting security incidents, exercising free speech, protecting or defending against legal claims, or for internal uses reasonably aligned with expectations.

You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for exercise of these privacy rights. We do not offer financial incentives related to the provision of data.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

If you are a located in the EU or UK, the following rights are available to you under the GDPR or the Data Protection Act.

  • To withdraw consent at any time, if we are processing your personal information on the basis of consent
  • To access the information that the Company has about you
