As part of our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and continuous learning, we recently partnered with Natasha O’Dell Archer, founder and CEO of Archer aDroit, on an intensive 8-week training course to explore Anti-Black Racism, Unconscious Bias, Making Space for Change and Allyship.
The training was an important component of our journey to address existing barriers to diversity, equity and inclusion, and becoming true allies. As we continue our efforts (and evolution) in 2021, we’re pleased to announce a year-long partnership with Natasha and Archer aDroit to support our DE&I efforts.
