Penny Dreadful: City of Angels brought a new era to the beloved Penny Dreadful franchise. With a new setting, time period, and characters, we were challenged with selling the Penny Dreadful name with a brand new story.
We created a seamless Instagram grid that highlighted aesthetic top moments from each week. While some tiles
lived on their own, others were thumbnails to our custom creative.
To keep the fans engaged in-season, we focused on themes that made them fall in love with the original Penny Dreadful in the first place: meaningful relationships, nail-biting adventure, and supernatural elements through Magda’s many guises.
