Social listening showed us that the humor and tone of the film is a standout for fans and we injected that humor into our assets.
Using scenes from the film, we created assets that appeared as if the film and characters themselves were encouraging users to purchase the movie today.
An additional set of assets focused on the lore of the film, from the mythological creatures to the easter eggs hidden throughout the film.
Spotlighting the Cast
The sequel included new characters played by Helen Mirren, Lucy Liu, and Rachel Zegler alongside the returning cast of Zachary Levi, Adam Brody, Jack Dylan Grazer, and more. We leaned into this all-star cast with our creative.
Our social assets focused on these superstars showing off their superhero – and supervillain – powers. The creative highlighted the chemistry of the cast and led to Rachel Zegler sharing the posts on her personal pages.

To promote the home entertainment release, we created a series of assets that highlighted the bonus features available with the film.
These focused on moments that a social audience loves – insight at how the set came to life, how the cast prepped for the film, and a behind the scenes look at the special effects in the film.
